Nuvina Systems, LLC ("Nuvina," "we," "us") operates nuvina.systems (the "Site") and provides operations consulting services to client companies (the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. If you email us at hello@nuvina.systems or book a call through our scheduling page, we (and our scheduling provider, Cal.com) receive your name, email address, and anything you write to us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we use the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or use similar technologies:

These tools only load after you accept cookies via the banner on the Site. If you decline, none of the above are loaded, and only strictly necessary functionality (like the page itself and your consent choice, stored in your browser's local storage) runs. You can still book a call without accepting: the booking buttons simply open Cal.com's own scheduling page in a new tab, governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.
How we use this information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- To understand how people use the Site so we can improve it
- To evaluate whether a prospective client is a good fit for our Services
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf to provide the functionality described.
Your choices
You can change your cookie preference at any time with the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of the homepage, which reopens the consent banner. (Equivalently, clearing the nuvinaConsent value in your browser's local storage for this site does the same thing.) You can also use your browser's cookie and tracking-protection settings to block these tools directly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@nuvina.systems.
Data retention
We retain email correspondence and call records for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purposes described above, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
