01Your criteria, agreed in writing.
No packages, no templates. Before anything gets built we define what a qualified lead actually is on your lot: budget, trade-in, timeline, financing intent, and the thresholds that decide who reaches your sales manager. You sign off before we build a line of it.
02You own the account. We run the system.
The agent gets built into the GoHighLevel account you contract and pay for directly. We never resell it and never hold it. If you end the engagement tomorrow, your CRM, your contacts, and every conversation the agent had are still yours and still running.
03Two weeks of live testing, on purpose.
The build takes a fraction of the four weeks. The rest is the system running against your real inbound leads, with a review in the middle. We would rather a problem surface in week three, while it is cheap, than in month two on a buyer who was ready to sign.
04We tell you what it doesn't do.
SMS and web chat, not voice. Inventory syncs from DealerCenter once a day, so a car sold this afternoon can still show as available until morning. Manheim is the auction source. The agent never touches a license number or bank details. You get that list before you sign, not in week three.
