Work

Proof, not promises.

This is where our field records go: what the lot looked like before, what we built, and what changed, with the numbers. There are none published yet, and we would rather show you an empty page than a case study we dressed up.

Field records

Nothing here yet. Here's why.

No published field records

A field record needs a before and an after. We have built and delivered lead systems for independent lots, but we did not capture the before-state numbers at week zero on the early builds, and we are not going to reconstruct them after the fact and call them measured.

Every build from here starts by measuring what it is replacing: how fast leads get answered today, how many get a reply at all, and how many turn into an appointment. The first record publishes when a system has run long enough to have an honest after.

The format

What a record will contain.

Anonymized where the client prefers it. Anonymity is not a hedge: the specifics are what make a record worth reading, and those stay in.

01

The situation

The before-state as a scene, with numbers. How long a lead actually waited. How many never got a reply. What that cost against what the lot was already spending to generate them.

02

What we built

The system, named, with the specifics: what it connects to, what it decides, where it hands off to a person, and what we deliberately left out.

03

What changed

The same measures as the situation, taken again. Where it fell short, said plainly. A quote from the person who lived it, attributed as specifically as they allow.

The first step

Be the first record.

We'll measure what your leads do today before we build anything, which means you get the before-state numbers whether or not you hire us.

A build typically runs around $6,000, plus a monthly fee once it's live. Prefer email? hello@nuvina.systems
