About Nuvina
What is Nuvina Systems?
Nuvina Systems builds the operations systems independent used-car dealerships run on. We start with the one that answers your leads: an AI agent inside your own CRM that replies to inbound SMS and web chat in under a minute, qualifies the buyer, checks live inventory, sources from Manheim when the car isn't on your lot, and routes qualified buyers to your sales manager.
The problem we exist for
Nothing owns the answer.
Independent dealers spend real money to make the phone ring, and then nothing they own is responsible for answering it. A lead comes in at nine on a Sunday night. It sits in the CRM until someone opens it Monday. By then the buyer has messaged three other lots and one of them replied in four minutes.
This is not a franchise-store problem. A franchise rooftop has a staffed BDC and a manufacturer enforcing response times. An independent lot usually has an owner selling on the floor while the leads stack up behind him. Almost every published benchmark on dealer lead response measures the first group. We only work with the second.
What it costs
Around $6,000 to build.
A build typically runs around $6,000, plus a monthly fee to operate the system once it's live. The monthly covers monitoring, script and offer changes as your inventory and promotions shift, integration upkeep, and a performance report. Your GoHighLevel subscription is separate and billed to you directly by GoHighLevel: we never resell it or mark it up, so your CRM and your contacts never depend on us still being engaged.
Who it is not for
We'd rather tell you now.
Nuvina is the wrong fit if you're a franchise store with a staffed BDC already answering inbound in minutes, if you aren't buying leads in the first place, if what you actually want is someone answering the phone by voice (this is SMS and web chat), or if you want the build with nobody operating it afterward. If that's you, we'll say so on the call.
Who is behind it
One operator, not an agency.
Nuvina is run by Xavier Lopez, an operator, not an advisor. Before Nuvina, he spent seven years co-running a back-office operations firm serving 60+ SaaS companies and high-growth startups, has run 20+ embedded-operator engagements since 2021, and served as interim COO for a fast-growing creative studio, rebuilding its sales intake, delivery, and handoff systems. Sales intake is the same problem on a dealership lot: a lead arrives, and either something catches it or it goes to whoever answered first.
